What does a song key finder do?

A song's key is the tonal center that makes its chords and melody feel at rest. Knowing it helps DJs choose harmonically compatible transitions, producers layer samples, and musicians transpose ideas. yt2go estimates the key from the audio and shows both a familiar note-and-mode label and the matching Camelot notation.
